L'osteria Al Parco in Berchtesgaden

Today there was "Food to Go" from L 'Osteria al Parco. One of the best fish soups. Very good. We look forward to coming back to eat.

Wanted to support the local gastronomy today during the lockdown. The menu read very interesting, with not everyday dishes. When I called asked if there is everything. I was told yes, except for meat and fish dishes. Now the result was not really positive. Instead of bruschetta I had a pizza proscutto, which can easily happen when ordering over the phone, with the Verdure salad the vegetables were cut carelessly, not well seared and cold, the salad was drowned in balsamic vinegar, there was almost no oil to be found, the same with Side salad. The Canalonie were standard but not really anything special. I can understand if there can't be everything during this time, as the kitchen and staff are reduced. Then I would like to concentrate on a few dishes.

That evening there was an emergency. They apologized to us without being asked when they realized our disappointment with the poor service. Drinks and starters were on the house. Confident reaction from the restaurateur. We'll be back for sure.

We ended up here on vacation thanks to a voucher from our landlady and were very pleasantly surprised by the great ambience and a successful change from classic Bavarian cuisine. We'll be happy to stop by on our next vacation ?

Great location. Nice ambience. Very friendly and fast service and above all delicious! We will be back.

pure disappointment The menu read very good and promising in advance. The reality then was very sobering. Thin tomato soup with grease from olive oil, pieces of garlic and some mushy basil leaves and everything tasteless. Insalata with prawns was no better. Salad without dressing, let alone taste. The question comes up: Am I still human or already a cow ?! The Bruschetta is loveless toasted bread with coarse tomato pieces, garlic and tasteless. The pizza was then better and with pirates refined it was also edible. The osteria is not cheap and not worth the price. We can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, very long waiting times and poor service. Despite having reserved a table, we (and a lot of other people too) had to wait an eternity for someone up front to notice us. It also takes forever at the table to even get a card, the same for drinks, food and payment. We saw some guests who just left before ordering drinks as the wait was just too long. (Would we also be if there had been a chance to get a table in another restaurant that evening). OK food but nothing exceptional. I don't understand why the restaurant seems to be so crowded ... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

After waiting 50 minutes, a waitress came to us and took our order. In contrast to this very poor service, the food was very good.

Didn't have a reservation. Corona registration possible via app. Good variety of food, not just the standard stuff. Wait ok. Portions rather large, taste very good. Price / offer: Very good. We recommend.

Pizza was bland and the pasta was salty. Service was horrible. The waiter seemed like he was intentionally avoiding us. The location was nice though and the outdoor seating was plentiful. Do not recommend if visiting the area.

Either it wasn't the day of the restaurant or they have to hire more waiters. We were there tonight and were looking forward to a pizza. We were quickly assigned a seat. That's it for the good in the evening. After about 10 minutes we got the menu. As in other restaurants, we thought that our order would be taken soon. However, there were a lot of new customers who were waiting for a seat so that the waiters dedicated themselves to the new guests and assigned them a seat. When guests who came after us had already placed their order and we had been waiting for a waiter with the menu for over 20 minutes to take our order, we had enough and left. That evening there were probably only 2 waiters responsible for the inside and outside area. Which was definitely not enough, since they didn't come after them. So after waiting for a waiter for over half an hour we left without eating.

Very bad pizza to go. The dough was greasy and wet. It was sticking to the box. I had to use a knife to cut it lose from the box otherwise the soggy paper would stick to the dough.

Although we didn't make a reservation, we got a seat. Inside, of course, but we didn't think that was a problem. Everything went very quickly ... The atmosphere was great. A small star deduction, because the table was not clean and a lot of small crumbs for us employees. Pizza was delicious and really sufficient.

Super tasty and terrific pizza that likes to think outside the box. A must in Berchtesgaden. Nice, quiet terrace. Quick and nice service, even when the shop is full. Typical Italian dishes. Salads and pasta dishes are also recommended without exception.

Pizza is good but nothing special. Staff very friendly. The last time I ordered a pizza with extra bacon by phone, the waiter at the bar said that the receipt says "ham" on it, but this was a checkout error and it really was bacon. At home we noticed that there was an extra lot of ham and no bacon on it haha. You can also just tell the truth ...

Good food, good view

The pizzas were delicious, the salad was ok and the ambience was very pleasant, with a view of the mountains. The only point of criticism is that you have to plan a lot of time. As far as we could see, there were only three waiters who were clearly hurrying up, but who weren't up to the mass of guests.

Good quality italian food, prices very reasonable, tastes great

Very popular Italian restaurant in Berchtesgarden. A reservation is a must to have dinner during high season. Had the best Italian dining in this neighbourhood especially when it's extremely difficult to find something other than German restaurants.

Everything was delicious, the staff was nice, and the portions were very generous.

Without a reservation, a lot of waiting time (during the week), the food was very tasty, large and well-filled pizzas, tasty pasta and the simple side salad is enough for 2. Friendly and attentive service. Any time!

Best Italian food in Berchtesgaden. I had the Tagliatelle with beef tenderloin steak and olive pesto and my husband had a pizza Diavola with onions. They both were amazing. The service was great, along with prices! Don’t miss out when you are here!

A big movie theater! There is a lot going on here. Someone doesn't always come to pour the wine straight away. But we are happy to accept that! Outstanding taste! Thank you so much!

The kitchen is perfect! We were there twice and were blown away by all 4 pasta dishes! Not eaten pasta for so long. However, the service on both evenings was completely overwhelmed and you felt almost bad when you wanted to order something. Had to remind the service of the menu and wait a long time. Too bad if they invested in more and more competent staff, this would be the perfect Italian

Amazing service. It was Christmas Eve and everything already had reservations. We were on our honeymoon and in the bustle of everything didn't make dinner plans. The host was so gracious and accommodating. We ended up having the seafood pasta which was truly amazing. So delicious and great flavor. We also had the pizza with the egg on it and that was just as amazing. We still talk about that seafood pasta though so that's my recommendation.

Food was very good. Customer service was excellent. Portion size was very generous. Will visit this place again happily :)

Decent italian food in Berchtesgaden. Reasonably priced, too. I am not big into pork or beef which is most of the local cuisine in Germany and Austria so it was nice to find this place after a long day in Hohe Tauren National Park. Had the gnocchi with chicken and it was delicious.

Delicious Italian (German) food.

Good selection of Italian food at affordable prices. The staff was kind and welcoming to our table. The patio has a great view of the mountains. If you have time there is a mini-golf across the street that looked like an enjoyable time. Parking is available on the street, across the street in a free parking lot, or behind the restaurant in a small parking lot. Recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Not a great Italian restaurant and would recommend finding something better. We all got a different kind of pasta and none of us particularly liked it.

They had the best jaegerscnitzel and spaetzle of all places I ate at in two weeks stay in germany!

Very average. Not great, not bad. Service was fast and friendly. Worst balsamic vinegar I have had in a really long time. Considering the already slightly above average prices, I could and would expect a wee bit better quality. My salad was very fresh and crisp though, to be perfectly fair. My husband's Saltimbocca was served with rosemary potatoes as the sides. Portion was generous and he said it was seasoned well.

Very good. The spaghetti is al dente. Using fresh tomato for making the source. The seafood is fresh.
